Narrow Web Flexo
Narrow web flexo printing is a rotary and multiple in-line converting process. There are two categories in terms of print runs; wide web flexo printing and narrow web.
“Narrow Web” printing width is less than or equal to 16 inches.

Sheetfed Offset
Offset printing technology uses plates, usually made from aluminum, which transfer an image onto a rubber “blanket,” and then rolling that image onto a sheet of paper.
It’s called offset because the ink is not transferred directly onto the paper. Offset printing is the best choice when large quantities are required, provides accurate color reproduction, and crisp, clean professional results.
Digital Offset
Digital printing doesn’t use plates but instead uses liquid ink. Digital printing shines when lower quantities are needed; think of a run of 20 greeting cards or 100 flyers. Some digital approaches are very competitive up to 10,000 units. Another benefit of digital printing is its variable data capability.
We offer CMYK and CMYKOGV (4- or 7-color approaches).

Silk Screen
Sometimes an older more hands-on approach is best. Screen printing uses mesh to transfer ink or micro-encapsulated coatings onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil.
Ideal for short runs and graphic signage.
Web Offset
Unlike sheetfed offset lithography, web offset lithography prints at high speeds on large rolls—or webs—of paper, often on both sides simultaneously, using in-line printing units and in-line finishing systems.
