Our Approaches to Scent

Clearburst Wet™ labels are a scent sampling device that delivers encapsulated oils suspended in an “inert glycerin type of material” that can be applied to the skin. It’s held between two layers of our film substrate. Cover can be peeled back to smell the essence of any scented product and can be resealed and applied to skin to deliver multiple olfactory trials. Perfect on custom cards, magazine pages, multiple-page booklets, and postcard mailers.

Clearburst™ labels can be sampled multiple times as the encapsulation heals itself when the ply is resealed. Unopened, the scent has a shelf life of at least one year. There is no pre-scent until the label is opened.

Sachets are very popular with home fragrance and fine fragrance brands alike. Available in small and large sizes.

Sachet products feature a spill-less design and are over-wrapped in non-PVDC odor barrier film to ensure freshness.

Sixth Scents, manufactures a multitude of turnkey products. We offer these services to support and complement your productions and product executions.

We produce set boxes, and product packaging, and work with a range of substrates including paper and plastics. Partial and fully recycled substrates are available.

Our Scent Barrier envelopes keep all scented products “fresh” until received and opened by the consumer.

We offer custom printing of your logo or graphics on the Scent Barrier envelopes, and they can be custom manufactured in any size and multiple paper stocks.

These envelopes meet all USPS automated mailing requirements.

Designed for both retail and sample product executions, our Flow-Wrap packages are an attractive, durable, and cost-effective alternative to traditional folding cartons.

With high quality printing on substrates made from clear and opaque film structures, these packages can be pegged, placed into POP display boxes or shipped directly to consumers.
